The Global Statelessness Fund.
Co-created by stateless people, civil society organisations and donors, the GSF supports activists and organisations led by people affected by statelessness.
Its approach brings together resourcing, accompaniment and peer learning. OCE provides the hosting framework and administers grants, documentation and financial reporting.

Agree how the fund will work.
Together, we clarify the purpose, who can receive support, how decisions are made and what reporting is needed. Open Collective gives fund administrators a shared place to follow accounts, contributions and grant requests.
Donor-advised giving
If you are familiar with a donor-advised fund, we can explore a donor-shaped arrangement: you help shape priorities and recommend support, while OCE retains final responsibility for approving and administering grants.
The arrangement and any tax treatment depend on the donor, jurisdiction and funding route.
Administrative contribution
A 10% administrative contribution supports the foundation’s administration and shared tools. We confirm the conditions of the arrangement together.
