Familiar with a donor-advised fund? OCE can build a donor-shaped fund around a shared purpose. Together, we agree how you help shape priorities and recommend support, while the foundation retains final responsibility for approving and administering grants.
This approach can connect a philanthropic fund with fiscal hosting for grassroots groups that do not have a separate legal organisation — bringing support closer to the people doing the work.
We are a Belgian public utility foundation. The arrangement and any tax treatment depend on the donor, jurisdiction and funding route.
