How it works
The work belongs to the people doing it.
OCE carries the practical framework that helps them move forward.
Collectives lead
Groups shape their activities, make decisions and bring their communities together.
The foundation holds the framework
We administer funds and review payments within an agreed nonprofit purpose.
Open Collective makes it usable
A shared platform helps everyone follow contributions, budgets, expenses and updates.
People making things happen
Action starts with people.
Youth Pawa brings young people and communities together around mangrove restoration in Kenya. Green Kerala Volunteers creates fruit forests and learning spaces in schools.
