About us

People behind
the shared framework.

We are a public utility foundation based in Belgium. We provide a legal and financial home for nonprofit initiatives and administer philanthropic funds.

How we work

Collective work needs trust and practical care.

People lead their initiatives. OCE supports the day-to-day work of receiving and using resources together, with Open Collective as a shared place to organise budgets, contributions and payments.
